Working hard is important. But what’s more important is:
Enjoying the hard work.

I work diligently on my responsibilities. I always want to achieve better results and excite my partners.

Results are incredibly important in data driven media landscapes such as socials.

At the same time, process is JUST as important, no matter the work environment.

That’s why, after exceeding expectations, it has always been always been my complimentary goal to have a great time while I work, and to share that feeling with my teammates.

This comes hand in hand with feedback. I openly encourage feedback from my teammates at all times, in an effort to make everyone’s partnerships more positive and more enjoyable.
